We are open 24 hours a day. You can book your reservation for any time of the day or night.
2) What are your rates?

3) Do you accept credit cards?
Absolutely. Eastside For Hire accepts the following credit cards:

We also accept Traveler’s Checks. We do not accept personal checks. The passenger can pre-pay using the online reservation form, or pay by card or cash when the vehicle arrives.
4) Does Eastside For Hire provide flat rates for long distance trips out of the Seattle area?
Yes, Eastside For Hire does provide flat rates for long distance trips or trips over 25 miles. Please use our Rate Estimator, or give call or email us if you want to know the rate for your trip.
5) What is the best way to avoid a no-show?
Our automated online reservation system eliminates the chances of a no-show. When a reservation time is approaching, the dispatch center is notified, and the vehicles are sent out to pick you up on-time. But for your satisfaction, you may reconfirm your ride by phone an hour or two before your pickup.
6) Should I call to confirm the reservation if I use the online order form?
The online reservation form is an automated sytem, and so it is not neccessary to call to confirm. If you wish to talk to us anyway, we can be reached at 206-242-6200 or 425-453-9000.
7) How do I know my reservation has been made?
Depending on how you use our online reservation form, you will receive instant feedback through the web, and email, or an SMS text message.
